I create a website based on that offer.
I promote the website.
I earn ¤10 to ¤100 eCPM (no joke!)

All of them! Anyone that knows anything about making money will tell you to diversify! 
I have tried hundreds of affiliate networks over the past 15 years and the ones found on this page are earning me the most money, provide the best support, and have the most unique offers.

DON'T WANT BUILD A WEBSITE BASED ON AN OFFER
I build websites based on offers because I do not have a high traffic website already established.
If you already have a website that has at least 1,000 visitors per day, you don't need to build a website based on an offer.

Choose an offer.
Put the offer banner ad on your site.

IS THIS GET RICH QUICK?
NO! Unless your sitting on a gold mine and don't know it.
The only people who will get rich quick are those who have websites that receive 10,000 unique visitors or more per day. The rest of the people will make a nice amount of money, comparable to part time income.
